Case Approved
EB-3 Unskilled case approved in June, 2022 during retrogression. Was this USCIS error or is it a valid approval? Anyone has similar case?
My PD was July 2020 but my EB-3 unskilled case was approved on June 2022 during retrogression. I have see. atleast 4 cases approved in June, 2022. Some say its USCIS error but some others say its a valid approval. Has anyone experienced similar issue? I’m going to start to work for the employer but dont know if my green card is valid. Please share your thoughts. Thanks you!

for me my journey finish today! my green card was produced today! thank you guys! thank you lawfully wich was very accurate in my case! i tried to understand the app and every week I saw 👀 different movements! that’s why I saw that when my percent was in 97 98% every time I saw that my status change! lawfully said I will be finish in summer and it’s accurate!
I485 regarding dv lottery
we did an expedite request for I290b and we got response that they will make a decision shortly in 30 to 45 day , its almost 60 days without any hear from them ,
we are now in active eviction and we make a lot of inquiries with no response please help us what to do specially we have american kid and my wife pregnant
please any insights will be highly appreciated

I wanted to share my updated timeline now that I have confirmation of card being produced. It took a bit longer than I expected, but all in all very happy with the end result with no RFE or interview.

My husband and I attend his interview appointment for his CR1 immigrant visa, and the interview went well. He was handed back his original documents and the US visa Officer gave him a US form stating the righst and responsibilities for my husband once he enters America. However, he gave my husband his passport back and a yellow slip stating that the DOS in Washington DC decided to put our case in Administrative Processing. The US visa Officer took his DS 5535 form and told us it can take 2–3 weeks or months or up to a year. No additional documents were required from us. I want to know does anyone know when will the DOS in Washington DC reply so the US embassy could issue our visa?
