@maria Tello I know the feeling. we couldn’t see our family for over 2.5 years due to to COVID restrictions and then our AP running out and having to wait for the new one which took forever. we are also here “alone”

@Appy N we both received our own RFE letter, however neither of our status changed online. no change when the RFE was issued and no change when they received it. we did both get a “case approved” notification

Did you send it to your field office?

@Super Man yes, the letter came from the field office and it said to send the medicals back there

Ok thanks. I responded to my rfe for medicals from FO last week. Hopefully, I hear back from them soon. One more question, how did you know they received your response to rfe? was it updated on your case status?

@Super Man I sent with FedEx and they signed for it. Status never changed until “approved”

@ PG thank you. I equally sent mine via FedEx overnight shipping and it was received by the receptionist. The receptionist name didn’t show on the proof of delivery. I don’t know if it is something I should worry about.

I am in the exact scenario. I got my NIW approved April 2022. Got medical RFE 2 weeks ago, and I answered pretty much immediately. The fedex envelope got delivered 10 days ago. hoping to get the same quick outcome as you!
