hmm if I write my story I’d start crying again, i130 denied due to issues with usc husband, I overcame an abusive husband, overcame Nigerian divorce issues and finally I got my green card being produce! it feels surreal and unbelievable I don’t even know how I feel right now!! one thing I would say is, don’t depend I your lawyer only! fight for your case too! I went to a second interview by myself because the lawyer wanted to reschedule. I submitted unsolicited evidence, and respond to rfe myself, it was a tough process but God saw me through.

RFE received by USCIS, no update since then.

Hello everyone. I’ve received an RFE for medical exams on April 2nd, responded two weeks later, and USCIS received it on April 28th (that’s the last update i got on case tracker) but still waiting for a decision for almost 3 months, what can i expect, and is there anything i can do (already tried online service request) PD: January 2021 Category: EB3 Unskilled Case: MSC229xxxxx

Regular Processing timeline

Hi everyone, I know some people have been waiting almost a year for their I-140 decisions, but lately it seems especially quiet for Regular Processing cases. I haven’t seen or heard of recent approvals. It feels as though things are stuck or not moving at all. Has anyone recently received an update on a Regular Processing I-140? It would be reassuring to hear about similar cases moving forward. Any thoughts or experiences to share?
