@blessed & favored in the first interview, address, they asked yes and no question nothing about the vawa they asked about crimes or being in a bad group and I answered no to all, on the second interview more questions about my marriage.

@declare in name of Jesus Jesus they asked me why we got divorced, why I married him, was the marriage fraudulent, how long was the marriage, did we file tax or live together mainly basic questions but the interviewer kept repeating the same questions

@Marty Winner When USCIS gave you the decision that this is a fraudulent marriage, they would have written in its section "204 (c)", etc., what did they write in your decision?

@🙏 🙏 oh no, my marriage wasn’t fraudulent and no I didn’t get any form showing that, the interviewer asked if I entered the marriage only for papers which I said no 😊

@Marty Winner congratulations!!! its great to hear that good news. I applied VAWA back in 2019 dec, No RFE no update. waiting for god to do the magic. I tried all ways to make the process faster but unfortunately nothing didn’t work

@waiting_since Jan_2020 soo sorry you are going through this delay, you have definitely passed your processing time, I reached out to several senators in my state. even if they asked if I reached out to another senator I always say no, also ombudsman can help if nothing helps, you may have to sue USCIS. I don’t really know a lot about writ mandamus, did you get a receipt notice and prima facie?
