Just chill out guys, this is still the best process to immigrate. I would recommend to start this process ASAP , the earlier the better. By the time the LC is finished things will get back to normal. Not my words but said by some reputed agency three years ago.

hope is not going to move until they finish all the previous cases because is not fair people from july 2021 are getting their green card while others from September 2020 aren’t getting their gc

it measn they have a exhausted all available 10k green cards. so, there is no GC for this year. we have to wait for next year

@LEE Xpress they still have available GC, but they will soon run out and then only be available in October! last year they run out of visa numbers in middle of August

3+ year since retrogression started which means 30k green cards have been used up till now and they are still stuck at PD 2021. This is by far the worst retrogression

Blame this on BDV. They are still promising people that they will get green card in 2 years. For some reason people are still believing it.

@sam young Out of those 30k, just about 7k are main applicants. The rest are dependents eating up all the GCs. this retrogression will only get worse. good luck for those with pd 2022 and onwards.

@Still Waiting totally agrees 2021 had less cases still it’s taking so long. According to recent data 2022 and 2023 has double the cases so definitely it’s getting worse in the future

@Still Waiting @sam young the crazy part is that amount reflects those cases that have not been filed for 765 and 485 yet, they are not even pending, just waiting to be filed.
