@vitaliy 123 my pd is October 2020. yes i change employer.

@GB B it was fine its like the first one just asking about the application. the officer was also surprised i have my 2nd he said maybe its becoz of the new administration. dont worry if u pass the first one i am pretry sure you will be fine

@ dada .. thank u! rfe is medical cos its expired . case is in nbc transferred to miami. i received rfe after 2nd interview

@jb g just one more question: were you working for the first or second sponsor by the time of the interview?

@GB B as soon as i get my greencard i will start working with the 2nd. there is no issue with that.

@jb g Great to hear because I took a break from my sponsor and I’m not currently working for them

@GB B i told the officer that my employer and me agreed that i will start working with them when i have my greencard . he doesn’t seem to have an issue with that.

@jb g awesome! did he approved you on the spot? how long after the interview you got approved?

he said he will review and if its all good he will send medical rfe and that should be it. interview march 17th apprval yesterday

@PD: Oct 2021 no. this will be my third employer technically

@m m did you get the 485j signed? if so from first, second or third employer? I have an interview coming and I’m not sure if my sponsor employer will sign 485J. Also, currently working a skilled job which I know can’t be used for unskilled process. So I’m worried for the interview

@GB B Did you have 485j signed for the interview if had it yet?

@PD: Oct 2021 yes, i had it signed by all employer before. and for this new interview, my new employer will sign on new i485j too.

@m m Did you have to talk to each employer to sign 485J or the lawyer handles that part?

@PD: Oct 2021 lawyer did all the official paperwork and I supplied whatever needed from employer. only the first sponsor was handled by agency.
