expedite request for EAD
On March 29, 2022, we approved your request for expedite processing on your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. We are processing your case and will send you a notice of action with our final decision.
In May 2nd my eligibility to work will end. Does anyones expedite request got approved recently??? does anyone know how long it takes to make a desicion on the case??? If I lose the job my whole family will lose
health insurance. I have a new born kid and I must have insurance.

I requested expedite and they denied but next date the case update changed it for evidence request but still not received paper they sent to me, anybody knows what they asking for is it for expedite evidence or parent relationship evidence

application was submitted March 1,2021. Biometrics done January 19,2021.. On April 1, 2022, my case moved from biometrics received status, to no one showed for an interview. An interview was never scheduled, nor is an interview scheduled reflecting on my USCIS status. The interview scheduled portion of the application process was totally skipped. Has anyone encountered this issue and how was it rectified?

I have a question in terms of what to do next. i received a letter that my i130 was approved in 2009. It was sent to NVC and on March 2022 I received a letter stating it was received. My sister in Mexico also received a letter stating to pay the fees of you haven’t already.. I’m not sure what fees they are talking about. I only paid the fee back when I filed the i130.
Is there anywhere I can check to see what I have to pay and how much? Is there another form I have file after?
