Can I apply for Day 1 CPT while my Greencard is still in process. My EAD will expire soon so I am planning to do Day 1 CPT to keep me in status. I just want to ask if this Day 1 CPT program will not affect my greencard process. Thank you

Driver license renewal with 180 days extention letter

Hi. Has anyone been able to renew their driver license with the extention letter in NYC? I tried last time my ead was renewing and dmv refused to give me a new one based on the extention letter, if anyone was able to do it in NYC please let me know which location and I'll go there #ead

Nvc Fee Rejection

I paid my nvc fee 2 days ago both of the fees were deducted from our account but one of the Iv application fee got rejected that was 325 dollars, i want to know the reason of rejection asap.

October 2021 Potomac

I’m worried my husband and I are going to be in that awful situation where nothing is looked at in about a year + We applied October 2021 and filed K3 in Feb 2nd. I know K3 doesn’t guarantee anything so we just thought it’s worth a try Our families already knew each other, before they introduced us my husband makes a very good salary and I’m a nurse working in Intensive Care. I’m from the UK. Perhaps it’s me being inpatient but our case has not even been looked at. No active reviewed nothing. I lost a family member yesterday life is just short I know we all want to be reunited with our spouses , families soon. Anyone else filed Spousal Visa in October and still waiting to hear something?? If you post anything negative or rude , I will just block you
