120 days since the interview. still no answer. 🥲
it’s so stressful. we applied last March. I am US citizen and my husband is F1. when I applied for him I was on green card but at the interview I presented my Naturalization certificate. so the officer acknowledged that and said this is so much easier and it’s going to change everything. the interview went well in my opinion. but don’t know wtf they want
COVID vaccine - marriage-based GC
hey there,
I’ve sent my medical examination along with my I-485, I-130 on September (before there was a law that requires to provide COVID vaccine), and I am not vaccinated. I am not sure now, since I sent my medical already and it was before this rule was applied, what should I expect on my interview? will they ask for COVID vaccine? has anyone been in the same situation recently?

I plan to file it electronically and was told that the case may be randomly picked up by any one of the service centers. Is this your experiences as well? A friend of mine is ready to go for an Interview in three days,and the husband just told her that there is another marriage he had,which he was divorced but did not present it when they were filling out the forms to send to USCIS,they do not have a lawyer currently,buy had one before,which they stopped using due to cost.and the records clerk in their city has said getting the divorce decree of that marriage will take 7 to 10 business days? to be delivered to them...any advice for them as they go for their interview?
