expedite question
hi everyone,
can someone please answer this…
I just made a expedite request to USCIS and she said that she will send it in.. but I wasn’t sure if it was a valid reason.. would she have told me that it isn’t a valid reason before sending it or do they just sent it regardless?
my second question is will it pop up on my USCIS account that I made a expedite request through the phone.. she gave me a long number but I’m not sure what to do with it..

revoked US visa and future green card
I was wondering if anyone had any information or experience about this issue.
my mom's US visa was revoked when she returned home about 8 years ago because she stayed in the US for 5 months.
She recently received a new visa and is visiting me. she is here about a month now.
I was thinking of filing adjustment of status for her and not send her back home.
Would I be able to do?
what paperwork would I have to file?

Good morning hope everyone is having a blessed morning. I have a dependent on my pending asylum case who turned 19. Can she apply for an EAD and what are the steps and documents she would need??. She never received a notice of action of her own just the biometrics appointment that list her alien number.
country of citizenship.. does it matter?
Hi I would like to know if the country of citizenship of the beneficiary has an effect on how long it could take to get approved. For example could my I 130 take longer to get approved because I am from Algeria rather then someone who is from Canada? Thank you

had my second interview in dallas since 12 month ago nothing just keep wating and wating even if they want to denai me let me see why and reason instead of wating and wating . I’m trying to get a good job but they only want a permanent resident or citizen. me and my wife are tired of wating and wating my wife even called them always working on it . how can it take them. years just to make decisions after interview so frustrated and I wish they can denai me and tell me reason why they did because I wish I have more money and me and my wife can sue them . Dallas field office is worst and racism’s.
