I guess I'm more keen to know which center to take my case before filing and if any which factors will play a role in it. Any one knows?

processing time matters in the way that you gets to ask uscis for follow-ups when your pd is older than that time and uscis usually expedites the case after that. so the centers which more recent processing times have better chances in this regard.

ok but I heard from an immigration lawyer that some cases of California residents were sent to other centers than csc after they were filed online
