I have actively case being reviewed for I-485 married based, going to file VAWA, need advise and information please
1. When filing Vawa , do I need to file a new I-485 if I want to add my children (they live outside the U.S) I married with a USC and we are separated now.
2. I have EAD and AP approved already, do I need to file a new I-765 and I-131 when filing Vawa ? can I use my existing EAD to work before I file Vawa

change of address while waiting for interview
hey guys, I have a pending naturalization application (filed in Aug 2021), waiting to be scheduled for interview. I am planning to move next month and my field office wil change. Will an address change push me back to the end of queue at the new field office and make the wait longer? or are the interviews scheduled based on PDs?

I’m in removal proceedings with immigration court. I have i130 approved via my us citizen spouse. in October I have made a request to dismiss my case based on pending i465. does anyone have a successful case of having their case dismissed in immigration court? how long does it take?

is there a risk to get the STEM OPT denied if I apply to I-140 NIW while under initial opt ?

hi all, im planning to apply for I-140 NIW, but I’m in my initial OPT, I m allowed to reniew my Opt Due my graduation is STEM.
my question is it can impact in my STEM OPT when I try to reniew it ? will I get any problem if during this period I travel abroad and return with I-140 pending ?
