can Emma give wrong information? do you have any experience.. my attorney says that the case is at Texas service center and Emma at potomac service center .. who must I believe ? 🤣😅

My husband was given the information that we were still at Nebraska and I was given the information that our case had been moved to California early on… both through Ask Emma live agent. I would say go through ask Emma again to see if they are consistent… 😅
