My Fiance is US citizen. She is currently a student and gettin ssn from gov.
I just wanna know if she will be eligible for form I-485.
what are the chances of getting approved?

i have heard that if someone is on ebt, getting monthly allowance ssn from govt or not doing job will have less chances of getting approved?

yeah.if she's USC sure.only if you married you can apply for AOS and it will be more than a year or apply for K1/K3 .if you are outside US you will need do the 130 first . petition of beneficiary
