Applying I601 after being denied I601A
Does anyone have any insight on the process after I601A being denied? I was denied due to marijuana use and given 1 year of drug testing and I have to enter a rehab program. The denial letter I received from the consular officer says I can re submit to a new physical after 2/2023. I am in the process of submitting a new I601 application while being stuck here in Mexico. I’m really in the dark and have no idea what’s coming next. should I be looking into other things? I know I can submit evidence to expedite the new application which I’m planning to do.

N 400 application before 90 days
Hi everyone, I have a question that I received my 2 years green card on 11/2017. But I got divorced last year, it is almost 5 years since I got my permanent resident status. So, can I apply for citizenship before 90 days which is on around August or I have to wait until November to apply? I already got my 10 years green card. Thank you very for your time.

it’s been almost a year

Can a greencard holder bring their spouse over and live with them during processing?
i am a greencard holder and I want to bring my fiancé over. We are due to get married next month. He has a B2 tourist visa. Can he adjust his status here? or does he have to head straight back to the UK and go through the UK consulate? Can he come and visit me? This long distance will be so hard! What’s the timeline to bring him over? Can anyone share their experiences please?

Filed I751 jointly changing to filing separately due to extreme cruelty
So I have a question, please any advices and answers would be highly appreciated. I filed my I751 jointly April 2021 and it moved fast until December 202 when it says ready to be scheduled for interview I didn’t get an interview date yet but I want to switch to filing separate cuz my spouse has been abusive and also threatening me. Mu question is if I send all my documents down to uscis for filing separately would my priority date still be the same as we are still married but living separately starting this year and I filed my N400 application in February 2022. Any advices please?
