Denial case before.
If your I-30 was denial for not filling out the form properly, you didn’t give up, you re-apply again but this time you filled out the form well and attached all required documents. since USCIS has your information before, can you second time applying for benefits speed up your processing time? Especially if your receipt number start with IOE.

you can always resubmit any paper denied due to a filling error but having a case with IOE doesn’t mean it will get processed quicker it just means it will be dealt more electronically.

not necessarily…my case is IOE in a different category and it has been over 8 months and no approval
