change of address
question, I am an asylee whose case is still pending.I resently move to Texas for a job.my lawyer is insisting on filling a change of address.will this affect my case to be move from Baltimore to Texas? don’t want it to be move as this might push my case further.

Anytime you moved, you have to update your address. Then update your drivers license to current address within 30days with two proof of address like utility bills.

do you have any relatives there in Maryland which your mails can go to? if yes don't move your case to Texas, talking from experience

if USCIS make a home visit and you don't live there anymore you will have a lot to explain
