advice on lawsuit. f2a (lpr) spouse overseas
hello guys. need some advice. i am an lpr and applied for spouse i130 and my spouse is overseas. its been more than 2 years now and i am waiting for approval. should i file lawsuit? what is your opinion? does it work? my case is in active review for past 9 months

Does anyone have any idea why USCIS would sent my son’s AOS petition to another service center? I submitted my daughter & I’s petition a few months ago. Both of them are to the National Visa Center. I submitted his a week ago to the same lockbox address we sent ours but his is at Potomac center. Just wondering if that’s normal

TB test positive. Medical exam
civil surgeon says my TB test is positive (blood test). I don't see how that is possible. I had 2 BCG vaccines as child. Didn't leave country in a year. No TB symptoms. Hardly go out due to COVID.
Has anyone faced this? Going to get X-ray to verify

Filling multiple AOS

I am have pending I-485 employment based, which have done Biometric step already.
I and my bf (us citizen) are planning to get married soon. Can I file i765 and I485 marriage based as well?
Do I need to withdraw my i485 employment based applications?

We filed our CR1 I130 October 2021 and K3 beginning of Feb. We are 6 months today and still at reciept notice.
I know the K3 is not guaranteed or mean anything, shall we expect an Active review or perhaps contact congressman/senator in Month 8 if we don’t hear anything ?

I am currently a DACA recipient and I currently have a 485 being actively reviewed by uscis my husband who is a US citizen petitioned for me and my i130 has been approved, would it be faster for me to apply for an AP to be able to travel to Mexico in July? or should I request an expedite on my i485? thank you all!
