EB I-485 - primary approved but dependent pending
Husband's EB2 I-485 was approved but mine is still pending. We had previously been moving through all milestones at the same time (case received / biometrics complete / case transferred etc). Is it normal for there to be delay between primary and dependent approval? Any idea on expected time lag before I should become more worried?

hey guys i got married when i was 16 to my husband and applied when i was 18 years old. I applied thru a lawyer and he told me as long as its legal age to get married in pakistan I shouldn’t be worried, i sent my marriage pics with the form i-130 today after 9 months I received request for evidence im currently living in pakistan with my husband and don’t know if the evidence is about me marrying at 16.

if I get married while my I-485 is being processed, can I still add my would be-newly married spouse to the application?
I just learned that applying for spouse after I become a permanent resident takes a significantly longer time than before I become one. (The answer might impact when we decide to get married). thank you!

Hello Everyone. I am a PR and planning to get married to sponsor my spouse. She lives in Canada, just 30 minutes from where I live, so she is usually here every weeekend, she comes on B1/B2 visa. She renews her visa every time it expires.
We are planning to get married here in the US, maybe it can fasten things. Has anyone any experience related to that? Do you think she needs to change her name just after the wedding.

expedite for work permit
hi everyone, I got an email from uscis April 7, asking for proof of financial loss after I requested expedite for i765 (March 10). I submitted my proof through a fax app on April 10 Sunday, and it showed it was delivered. just wondering if anyone sent any documents in a weekend and were received. I’m a little worried I sent it on a Sunday, and thinking I should resend. thanks!
Employment Authorization for E and L spouses
Based on the new USCIS rule, spouses of E and L do not require a EAD since Jan 30 when new I94 started to indicate it.
In the case of an unexpired I94 issued before Jan 30th, USCISc started to send notice to confirm the employment... THAT IS MY CASE !!! JUST RECEIVED MY NOTICE SO EXPECT TO BE BACK TO WORK SOON !
