nvc
my i-130 was approved but unfortunately it was sent to nvc while I had already filed i-485 I have called uscis and requested them to retrieve my i-130 from nvc to uscis was told they will call back with 30days but it's almost 3 weeks they haven't called which form do I file

I have read most people get a response literally on day 29/30 after requesting a call back
