Hello, I have the exact same situation. My (primary) application has been approved since early March, but my husband's (dependent) application is still pending until today. 12 days ago I received notification that his case was transferred to NBC. They said it's quite common for one cases to be approved earlier, but it's quite frustating.

Misc: have you tried reaching out to Osbududsman ? there is a process to this to remind them about pending 485

ombudsman only assist with cases outside of processing time.

It won't let me submit a service request online as it says my application is within the posted processing times

I got it! I am asking because my husband was approved last week and mine as a dependent still pending I am think in raise a service request.

I am gonna check with my lawyer if we can do it.

I think I can raise a SR because I applied in 2019

As an update, my case was approved last week! Was just under 3months after the primary was approved
