My pd is Jan 2020. I did not got any update on my petition. please anyone have a advice what to do for this. Active review since Dec 2021.

we didnt receive receipt notice but last time i contacted the live agent, she said my papers been moved to potomac from.nebraska

and maybe they emailed the receipt notice because my husband said its nebraska, last time i found priority date september 13, 2021 and now i cant find it and dont know where i saw it..either at lawfully or uscis account
