Well good luck. some states process cases faster than others. when NBC receives ur case. they end up transferring it to states. that’s why am asking. I applied the same month as u and waiting for oath now

no! it will most likely trigger uscis to look at your file and schedule an interview! a lot of people got their interview scheduled few weeks after filing FOIA. it’s your right! check Reddit sub and Facebook group. people there shared their experiences

i left it blank! you don’t need to explain!

just make sure you requested your ENTIRE A-file. it will show a disclaimer, just accept it

On 16 Apr I filled FOIA and on 19 Apr I got interview notification for 17 may.Yes in my case FOIA worked .
