Fed up.
.Would just like some advice please..
We filed our CR1 I130 October 2021 and K3 beginning of Feb. We are 6 months today and still at reciept notice.
I know the K3 is not guaranteed or mean anything, shall we expect an Active review or perhaps contact congressman/senator in Month 8 if we don’t hear anything ?

I know its tough but right now your PD is within normal processing time. As of now cases submitted on or before March 19, 2021 can send an inquiry for being outside of normal processing times.
Some cases I've seen people get active review (AR) after filing really quickly but then stay in that stage for months. While others take months to get in AR and then get approved the next couple of days.
be hopeful!
estimated processing time is 10 - 13 months.
