Thank God 😭😭I received an email yesterday saying: WE HAVE TAKEN AN ACTION ON YOUR CASE and My I-30 changed yesterday to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS , and I just contacted Emma , and agent told me my I-485 was approved THANK GOD , I’ve prayed every day 🙌🏻

please can anybody talk about 601 waiver ground of inadmissibility experience

I have submitted my waiver since 2021 may 29, in which I think am due for approval after 30months ,but up till now ,my status stays at 80% saying case is being actively reviewed by USCIS June 21 ,2022. any to know what will happen next or experience from someone in this house

Need clarification

My l-130 application was submitted on April 18 2023 but as of August 4, 2023 my Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS those that meaning that my timeline star in August and not in April I’m confused next month it will be 1 year any advice?
