Hello everyone! applied for I-130 on Dec-15 2022. Timeline was changing chaotically every time but 2 weeks ago I had approx 1 week until decision. Now I have this status:
“Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action.”
Do you guys know something about that?
Maybe somebody had the same status.
How long it can take to finally be approved?
As I see it, everything is unpredictable here, but still, maybe there is some kind of sequence😒

Don’t panic, this is new normal unfortunately. I have that message since April and I m 09/2022 and still waiting 🥺

that estimation is ridiculous because the agents contacted through Emma do not even see it! They were surprised when it first came out and people were asking about its accuracy. Had no idea..

this is insane they really need a. spouse all done within one year it’s very ridiculous that they list a few countries that if u have a relative here to sponsor ucan come here to wait. A spouse should supersede this n come here to wait .

I suffer from anxiety this is not good for me😖hope this nightmare is over .i-130 had 10 months on count down last week hit 0 and I get the your case is actively been reviewed nothing else been waiting since November 17 2022 .need employment asap😭

I just see today that after few months of "your case is taking longer than expected" I got back to "6 Months till your decision" I'm waiting since October 2022
