California Center just updated to 37 Months for the I130 so I'd be happy if it was only 9,5 months

California 37 weeks and Vermont 10.5 weeks, and they are saying Vermont is the slowest SC !!

in any case it sucks,it shouldn't be so long, before this stupid covid 5-6 months and ppl reunited, now it takes forever

i applied in Oct 2019 and got it in May 2021. so you can imagine what we went thru being apart

You would think Biden would want to try and do everything he could possibly do to reduce the backlog but it seems like it's the least of his priorities !! I could never vote for Trump ! He made it harder on immigration to go along with the pandemic which made the backlog is why so many are waiting to reunite with their loved ones.

You are right Svitlana. But it stings pretty bad to have to leave them knowing that this bureaucracy could separate you for too long. She wanted to come stay with me but this stupid variant indefinitely prohibited tourist visas back during the summer.
