Wrong USCIS Field Office
Someone I know mistakenly sent his I693 to the wrong Field office because the medical examiner enveloped the results and addressed to the wrong address, the individual did not pay attention to the instructions given in the letter to send to MO.
Now we are looking for solutions on how to move forward. Any Suggestions?

get the civil surgeon to print another copy, seal it, and then send it to the right place… ASAP. @kolo o

call the office you sent explain them the situation and ask them to either return or send it yo right mailing address. if they return ask civil surgeon to issue a new packet of medical results and add right address. if the mistake is on surgeon part it will not harm your case he has to print a new copy. if the mistake is on applicant part then maybe you need to pay new fee and it could delay your process as well.
