Wrong Filing Location
I had mistakenly sent my EAD renewal to the wrong lockbox. Do I wait for USCIS to send my application back for a re-file, or do I send in another application to the right lockbox?

No..don't send another one. They will reroute to the correct address but it will take additional time-consuming.
