thank you very much guys my green card just approved today so I won’t be needing the lawyer anymore

Best affordable option is you sue on your own, my friend did it, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se" there is channel Immigration Aid helping out people.

thanks David but thank god I didn’t have to do all that I got my 10 green card that same week I asked the question
