writ of mandamus
I am considering to file one next month if there is still no action from congress. Can you guys please share some resources and examples of a vawa mandamus. I wasn’t able to find any proper examples online. I would be extremely grateful if you could share yours in case you have one already.

@T EndlessWait @Rocco Forté you don’t exactly NEED a lawyer. Just do your research on youtube and other places. I saw someone posted on this app that they did it without a lawyer and they got approved shortly after.

@Ray Bless I’m definitely considering to file it myself. However I’m just wondering if someone got a template/ sample of the mandamus. 😓

Have you exhausted all your communications attempts with USCIS about your case?
-You have sent letter to Vermont inquiring about your case.
-Contacted congressman about your case and they weren’t able to help.
-Tried to contact USCIS through Emma
If you did all above then you have to gather all the evidence about it and put it together before you proceed with Writ of Mandamus.
