work permit I-765 application
hey everyone, me and my husband didn’t submit his application for I-765.. we submitted his I-130 and I-485, it’s been 250 days and still waiting.. my question is, should we go ahead and apply for I-765 or is it too late ? or not necessary anymore ?

go ahead and submit the I 765. you can submit it any time with or after you i-485

@Hana Mansoor it’s perfectly fine to submit your EAD application. I did same and it’s 37 days and counting

@Hana Mansoor Hi, I submitted mine 226 days ago and nothing (765) your 485 might get approved before the 765 even gets looked at or you could get lucky. 🍀
