work permit expedite
hello everyone how can I expedite my work permit based on offer letter ? I called uscis today about it but he said I should check it on my online account does that mean he might ask for some docunents through the account I was kind of confused. I already lost 3 months as my lawyer had to resend the work permit due to the cheque expiring . now it is showing that I submitted it in November while I actually submitted it same time at i360 (August) . please any advice will help. Thank you 🙏🏽

write a letter saying you need this job in order to support yourself and had some bills to pay blah blah blah like that and include your offer letter, any bills, loans you need to pay in your country or here. include as many as possible and also send a bank statement that you don’t have any money and don’t forget to mention your start date of the job in the letter.

and send it to Vermont service center - vawa humanitarian unit - on top of envelope mention VAWA humanitarian unit in bold and say I 765 expedite request. send it through fedex and get tracking number.

If a person wants a work permit, they probably want to work. The person who wants to work is probably experiencing financial difficulties. So why is USCIS looking for so much evidence and causality? This question is not for you. I hope a uscis officer answers this.
