Work permit based on accepted I-360
My attorney submitted both I-360 and I-765 at the same time before June 4th; however, I was not granted deferred action, just as expected. Very frustrating; I genuinely don’t know if I will be able to keep my cool much longer. My attorney swore they would honor my date of submission, but I new it was too good to be true. Nevertheless, it was denied.

@hmmm hmmm that’s great to hear! I have seen cases where they have taken up to a year to get approved. You are practically half way there. (worst case scenario). I’m sure you will receive it sooner than a year though. If you have deferred action, you will receive your work permit soon. You have nothing to worry about.
