work green card
so my husband is going on almost a year of wait for his work green card to be approved , he’s had his social and travel permit for over a year , other people in his job has gotten it before him , some of them apply after him and already got it . I have made the complaint on USCIS site asking for some sort of explanation and there’s no explanation. it’s been a waiting game . Is there any other resources I can reach to try to speed up his process? or at least ask questions so we can have an ideia of a time line ? according to USCIS site his green card should’ve been approved a long time ago . What should we do? Thanks

There are a lot of factors to it such as but not limited to country of birth, service center backlogs, documents presented, etc. Sometimes its just luck

they just open for people from Jan 2020 to May 2020 for 2 weeks now. i think it will be his turn soon. Dont worry. wish he will get his soon. I heard some good news from other people in this platform and I'm happy for them.
