withholding of removal/ motion to reopen
my lawyer recently filed a Motion to reopen and terminate (I think thats how its call) he filed directly to the IJ Court, base on a Pending Vawa & i485. after a month the Automated case information EOIR website chaged to motion received. now few days after, it Shows “this case is pending” ¿any idea how long will that take? if you been there, can you please share your experience#? thank you all!

@PG Jav did you motion get approve if yes how long did it take and which court were u in I have and absentia removal order trying to reopen and terminate but asking dhs to join but nothing as yet.
