I’m in same situation. my partner wants to apply for me . she is pregnant and we have many proofs but the current situation is very bad and for that reason I’m not withdrawing Vawa . in fact I applied Vawa in March 2023

I am in a similar situation. I filed for VAWA in July 2022 and received my prima facie determination and EAD. However, my case was still pending when I got married again in December 2024. My wife recently filed the I-130, I-485, and I-765 last week, and we are currently waiting for the receipt notice. I just realized that if your VAWA case is not yet approved and you get married, it does not automatically qualify you for VAWA. Had I known this earlier, I would have waited for my VAWA approval. I also just found out that my VAWA case has been transferred to a different field office.

I only reapplied because the information I received was that if I did not inform immigration about my new marriage, it could be considered fraud and it would be very difficult to obtain my citizenship later, because when you remarry you are automatically disqualified from Vawa

I apply June 2022 still waiting for GC and my case moved to another location so it coming I have a feeling
