Withdraw i30
Please, any advice I I got argument with my wife and she sent letter to withdraw the case and uscis receive it and they act quickly and they put in their system after that my wife she send letter to withdraw the case and she send new I 130 .anyone has same situation like me what should I do ?? they going to withdraw the case or not and how long that take ???

they won’t redraw but they will sit on it for a longtime to see if she will redraw again ….its not good for you
