yes, they are supposed to call back within 30 days after the request. They will try to reach you 2 times, if you fail to answer 2 times then you will need to file a new request. They call from 202-838-2104. They can call as early as 7am.

@mount laurel New Jersey if they do call they same as the call agent, it's very irritating, is like u pulling info atleast they have nothing of importance to say...and they repeat the same as when u call and speak to regular agents

I called to expedite my AP last Friday and it was approved later that day. I have the 512L form now. I just called to raise the service request as my AP has being pending since Dec 2022.
