Will my N-400 be denied?
These are quite long story but I will appreciate your feeback. I have an N-400 interview in next month but I am starting to have some worry about my situation. I had two incidents that I mistakenly claim as US Citizen. First one was not done by me but it was done by my accountants. During the tax season 2022 & 2023, my accountants has been filing my personal & business tax since my wife and I owned business together. During preparation for N-400 application, I was looking through my business tax returns to submit as my evidences for our marriage and while I was reviewing both 2022 & 2023 tax I realized that they made a mistake on form 1065 about my citizenship. They put my citizenship as United States instead of South Korea. I quickly contact them and amended both of my tax return. I answered “yes” on my N400 application regarding “have you ever falsely claim as US citizen?” And send them all the supporting documents: original tax return, amended tax return and letter from Accountant citing it was their mistake. Another incident happened last week. I was applying for Insurance through healthcare.gov just now and through out the application, I answered “yes” on “Are you US citizen or US national?” Thinking since I am green card holder that I am US National and submitted the application and after some research I quickly realized that I made an error and changed the application literally 20 minutes after I submited the application to “no” on the answer and provide my green card information. And eventually I withdrew whole application and not getting any insurance coverage from them. I am planning to disclose this during interview with previous incident with supporting documents of: confirmation mails that shows there were 18 minutes difference beteeen my initial application and resubmitted application, screenshot of Healthcare.gov showing there is no application on the record. Will these incidents cause me to get denied on my N-400 or even worse getting deported leaving my two kids and wife in US?

From what I hear, there is very little leeway for claiming to be a U.S. citizen at any point in time. Apparently it is up to the interviewing officer and it is a basis for denial. You will pretty much have to explain “Yes, I did, and then promptly fixed once I realized.” Take proof of that with you and the amendments. But , whether it can cause a denial, the answer is yes.
