will my child age out?
I have a 19 years old and, my husband is a LPR and he petitioned for me and my daughter out side the country pd August 2024. What I'm worried about is, if my daughter will age out before we can file the DS-260. I have seen a great movement on th VB, but not sure how soon my I-130 will be approved.

she will not. the pending time is excluded from the calculation as far I understand the calculation

the longer I130 pending the better for you until the visa become current. Bcz that pending time will be deducted from her age so she has planty of time
