@SC JN Yeah that sounds more likely to happen than by the end of December 2025 because that’s for FY 2026, there are only 5k Adjustment of Status cases for Rest of the World.

@T N I mean that makes sense you want to leave your job and me too. My job is not hard but having to stand 9 hours a day which is brutal, I wish they allow me to sit and cut fish rather than standing. But yeah if I could change I do want to work in commercial cleaning than a fish farm.

@Y A If you have more than 180 days of I 485 filed, they can cancel your i140 whenever they want it won't affect you! You're just looking for a new employer and bye!!!! No one can do anything against you!

@Y A no one treated me. you pay BDV.. you work one year and then you decided what to do. you do not need to inform BDV about your decisions.

@Fran Gurgel @Barb B that is right but I couldn’t believe after working for 9mths and leaving with medical reason they said employer decided to withdraw i-140. I have already found another sponser, so i’m good. thanks yall
