Will it updated from F2A to F1 ( over 21 years) ?
Will be it updated from F2A to F1 if the beneficiary will over 21 until case Approved? What will happen if it comes?

you can protect ur case under cspa i guess search for it or contact a good lawyer

@A S hey did you upgrade it. i requested the upgrade they upgraded it to F1 but the cspa age was under 21 and even i130 was filed when age was under 21 looking for the possible ways i can do if i can opt out and get back to F2A or can get it IR2 Please help me out@A S
