Widow of USC
My USC Wife applied for me i-130 before her death. it was pending when she passed away(last year ), i sent USCIS Service office the death certificate + i130 reciept. This year i got (i130) approval, it was supposed to be converted to i-360 but i never got any notice or paper that states my i130 is converted to i360. Now my question can i apply for widower green card using the approved i130 and file i864W (Exemption of support ) as i am a USC widower ? #i130 #i864W #i360

@Mo Me it went great. he asked me about some info about my wife death and yes No questions. i was sent rfe in the interview bcuz of medical form , civil surgeon signature date he put a wrong date

also officer mentioned that he will approve the case once i send the response with corrected medical form
