why people that file in 2020 case delay
am happy for new people filling we that file 2020 and already have interview it seems they lost the file they only open 2021 and 2022 that unfair and bad of uscis . it had to see old file approved only new file . after 2 interview more than a year no news . Dallas Fo .

same here . the officer with the 2020 file forget does file when drinking coffee or they just don’t want to open the file at all

i sometimes feel our files from 2020 are lost and now they are just moving on to who applied in 2021.

yes that my worried that the file was lost and when u called they said wait and new people getting approved. so frustrating with no news

@Angry it so painful but the only option is to look for money and file law suit

filed in November 2020 and just got approaval for my I-140. It seems that they are trying to process now 2020 cases.
The USCIS tool says that I can file outside of normal processing time form on my I-485 in Semptember 2022. The whole process is so long and delayed that September seems to be not that far away

A.s you and I are in same situation. they claim 80% of cases are solved in 15 months but everyone from Nov 2020 I know has not been processed.
