Yes I'm experiencing the same

They are slow and irresponsible. After we were approved, they sent 2 out of 4 to the Department of State, and we had to wait 3 months for the other two applications because they forgot to send them. They kept giving us the runaround, saying they had sent them, but when we asked the NVC, they told us that USCIS had not sent them to them. Good luck. Don’t lose hope, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I’m experiencing the same thing it been 606 days since I applied for my spouse. I’m a usc this is now 21 months since I started. until now I’m still waiting

they are the worst it's been 2407 days and nothing from them
