@F A yes.. I can’t file it together since I had to go back to court and terminate my withholding of removal then go back to USCIS for my GC filing.

@red dead I also had a court but I filled both together back in September 2021 I-360 and I-485. Vawa was approved in March 2023. I-485 updated in April asking for the medical exam, I sent in July and they updated as received. In November my court was terminated by the judge based on vawa approval after the dhs joint a motion. My lawyer recommended to file both together back in 2021 because she said that I-485 take forever anyway

@C D I’m glad it all worked out for you. but you were under a risk of losing your money by getting a denial for the I-485 since USCIS had no jurisdiction over your I-485 at the time. good luck ! 🙏

-VAWA & i485 submitted together June 2020 -Biometrics March 2021 -VAWA approved Dec 2022 Nothing since then.

mine was approved April 2022. biometrics July 2022. Nothing since then . submitted 485 Oct 2019. Did service request and got response that they would do something within 90 days. still waiting

@jack jag I think 8 to 14 months after vawa approval.

Sept 31st 2020 for i130 and i485. I got i360 approved Feb 1st 2023. got medical rfe March 10th 2023 sent medical and they recieved may 19th 2023 still waiting
