l am trying to figure out if that is a bad thing to have and interview before having 2 years of marriage ,because most of the interview have been waived .On August 9 they sent a RFE for Bona Marriage ,then 3 days later they scheduled a interview without having in their hand the RFE Bona marriage yet .l am from New York .

I had an interview after 2 years of marriage it’s been a year now since I did the interview still waiting for my green card

it’s normal to have a RFE and an interview. lots of people get both. if you havw a lot of evidence of your shared life together don’t worry at all.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 my marriage have like 9 months ,we sent bank accounts ,one tax transcript,the lease(l am the beneficiary) is just with my name ,so there is a letter where the management says l said that my wife is living with me ,like 40 photos ,3 Affidavit ,our future plans written in a paper ,electricity bills ,What do you think about those evidences ?
