WHO CAN TAKE A GUESS ON WAIT TIME FOR I-131.
Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out for some guidance on my immigration case. My receipt date was February 28, 2024, and I have already received my EAD work permit. I am sponsored by a company and currently in the final stages of the process. My main goal now is to receive my Advance Parole (I-131) so that I can travel internationally and get married. The estimated processing time is around 10 and a half months, and as of today, it has been 257 days since my receipt date. If anyone has insights or experience with this timing, I’d greatly appreciate any advice or a rough estimate on when I might expect to receive my Advance Parole. #travellermit #emergencyap #urgency

it takes time I applied for the I-131 on April 2022 and I got it on Sep 2024 , but you can call the USCIS to try to speed process but I don’t think they will consider your marriage as emergency case
