@Saba T your husband can contact uscis through emma and request to expedite the process .. your attorney isn’t needed at this point even if he is taking care of your case .. why the case still pending while a lot of ppl filed after you getting approved.. don’t worry it won’t hurt you .. I told you yesterday my brother in law filed for his wife on Feb 2022.. case went actively reviewed on Jun .. then nothing till he requested to expedite the process.. 10 days after he received RFE .. he submitted 11 days ago and he got approved 8 days ago .. his wife case now at the nvc and he already received the welcome letter.. @Amana Li sometimes they won’t ask and if they ask you can send them a doctor note that you Or your spouse have depression and taking medication.. you can expedite under the humanitarian category and send a letter from you and another one from the spouse stating the reasons for expedite.. at least if you do so they might look at your case and do something like RFE or 2nd actively reviewed .. you won’t loose anything if give it a try
